Trial and access

Access is by request. Tell us what you are building and we set up a workspace. Workspaces we set up for new customers start with a 7-day trial of the standard endpoints, so you can test the data on your own records before the license starts. The realtime endpoints need a paid license and are not part of the trial.

Realtime endpoints: $0.001 per call

Two endpoints, person realtime and company realtime, run a live lookup instead of reading our stored data. They are the only charge on top of the license: one credit per call, at $0.001. A call is billed whenever the live lookup completed, so a not-found result costs the same as a hit. A call that fails on our side is never billed.

StatusWhat happenedCharge
200The live lookup found the profile or companyBilled
404The live lookup completed but found no matchBilled
503A timeout or an error on our sideNot billed

Realtime usage is invoiced each time it reaches $50, instead of once at the end of a heavy month. Those invoices do not move the renewal date of the license.

Billing questions

How does billing work?

One flat license at $499/mo, billed monthly, cancel any time. No credits and no per-request pricing on any of the standard endpoints.

Is anything charged on top of the license?

Only the two realtime endpoints, which query the live source instead of our own data and are metered at $0.001 per call. One credit per call, whether the profile is found or not, and never charged when a call fails on our side. Everything else is included in the flat license.

Is there a request limit?

Each workspace has a rate limit, 500 requests per minute by default, in place to keep the service stable. It's adjustable if your usage pattern needs a different ceiling. Every endpoint is otherwise unlimited.

What happens if my license lapses?

API requests return a 402 error until the license is renewed. Nothing is deleted, and access resumes immediately once you're back in good standing.

Compared with other products

Most B2B data products price by seat, by credit or by quote. See how the flat license compares with ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, People Data Labs and the rest on the comparison pages, or read why we price this way in credits versus a flat rate.
